Chinese-American pianist Chiu-Ling Lin in concert!

Virtuoso pianist and nationally-renowned pedagogue Chiu-Ling Lin performed works by Chopin, Liszt, and Mendelssohn, transcriptions of East Asian favorites such as Butterfly Lovers and Sakura, and selections from Eight Memories in Watercolor, by world-renowned Chinese-American composer Tan Dun (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon). This recital was sponsored in part by Sherman Clay (Seattle). The reception was sponsored by Chocolati's (Seattle).

Triple Choir Gala Benefit Concert

Washington State Music Teachers' Conference Workshop "The Silk Road in Your Studio"

CAEW Dr. Regina Yeh, Dr. Nancy Jang, and Mari Corpuz performed music from Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and China in a conference presentation on music of the Far East.
